Registration Process

Fall 2024 RunFit Kidz Registration Opens August 15, 2024 at 8am.

Classes begin on or after September 16 depending on the training site.

Registration Process

Our registration process for Fall 2024 is streamlined. If you are a past participant, you will notice some changes. Be aware of the how the process works before you register. If you have questions, please reach out to us at runfitkidz@prrunandwalk.com to get them addressed BEFORE you register.

  • Unlike past years, there is no “Wait List” process. Your card will be charged as soon as you register. Classes may fill at different rates – particularly for schools with more than one session, be sure to pick the correct one. Space is limited and the maximum number of allowed participants may vary by school. Average class size is 25-30 runners. A minimum of 15 is required to hold the class. Should your school not meet the minimum prior to the program start week, your class will be canceled and your fee will be refunded.
  • The program cost is $125. This amount includes the 5K race registration for your child. This fee is an “all in” cost that also includes all processing fees, which were charged separately in the past. Parents and family members may register separately for the 5K.   • If you have 3 or more children participating, please email us at runfitkidz@prrunandwalk.com for a discount code.
  • Be careful to only register each child once!

Refunds

Occasionally circumstances change and a child may need to withdraw from the program. You will receive a full refund if your written cancelation is received one week or more prior to the first class.

After the first day of class, there are NO REFUNDS. This program has overhead costs, and a withdrawal spot cannot be filled with another student once the season has started. This policy extends to situations of illness, other appointments or conflicts, or injury causing a child to miss some sessions or not finish the season.

In the unlikely event of a schoolwide cancelation due to a catastrophic event (like Covid-19), we will refund 50% of the program fees if the cancelation occurs during the first two weeks of the session. Thereafter there are no refunds.

Ready to Register?

Please follow these steps:

  • Click on REGISTER HERE to go to the general registration page.
  • Create an account for yourself (parent/guardian) and then choose to register for a family member. Create a profile for your child/ren.
  • Select the CATEGORY = YOUR SCHOOL. Note that some schools have more than one day/time. Be sure to pick the right class.
  • Follow the process to answer the required questions, complete waivers and acknowledgements, and finish your registration information. Please DO NOT leave questions blank. Your registration may not be accepted if you do not provide all requested information.

Complete payment with a credit card. (If you do not have access to any credit card, please contact us at runfitkidz@prrunandwalk.com and we can help you with an alternative form of payment like PayPal. We recommend reaching out as early as possible in this situation as slots may fill while you are in conversation with us.
