INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PRICING

A focused program and hard work can help you meet your personal running goals. However, these results don't happen in a week or a month. Accordingly, to best provide individualized attention and help you see measurable results, our 2010 Individualized Training Programs and Online Training Programs require a minimum four-month commitment. You can begin any day of any month -- your commitment will extend four months from that day.

  • Arlington Individualized Training Programs (2 weekday coached sessions w/PR Running Club): $375/four-month commitment.
A four-month commitment to an Individualized Training Program allows you to work with us long enough to make measurable progress toward your running and fitness goals. The $375 covers initial and periodic consultation and planning with the coaches, individualized weekly training schedules, weekday coached track sessions, unlimited communication (in person, via email or phone)with coaches, and interactive Online Running Logs with coach feedback, as well as all the Additional Values and Benefits described below.

  • Online Individualized Training Programs: $275/four-month commitment.  Your commitment to an Online Training Program allows you to work with us long enough to make measurable progress toward your running and fitness goals. The $275 covers an initial in-person session with a coach (if you are able to attend ONE AM session in Arlington -- otherwise we will correspond with you via email or phone), individualized weekly training schedules provided each month, regular e-mail interaction with coaches, and all the Additional Values and Benefits described below.

  • Individualized Consults/Lessons: $100/60-75 minute meeting -- a consult is typically a sit-down review of a training plan, racing strategy, etc., while a lesson entails a more active focus on a particular aspect of a runner's form or technique, administration of a solo workout, time trial, etc.  Note:  coaches may modify pricing if multiple consults are selected or lessons are conducted with more than one person at at time.

Nora came to the first Running 101/201 training program in Cleveland Park convinced that she was a beginner runner who really didn't like to run. After just two sessions, Coach Taneen Carvell challenged her a bit as she was easily keeping to the heels of the faster runners despite believing in her "beginner" status. By leading the other new runners and having stronger runners to 'chase', Nora quickly found her groove and her runner smile. And proved her ability to rise to the challenge, tackling her first 10K within six weeks of the class training. But most of all, she learned to love running. And the fun of being challenged and cheered equally across the miles.
